Eesti Ehitus has changed its name for Nordecon International

During special shareholders meeting of Eesti Ehitus, which took place on 26 of March year 2009, a decision was taken that the company would bear a new name which is AS Nordecon International.

 

The Refusal of apparently Estonian company-name in favour of more international one can be considered as the first step of implementation of international business-strategy of the Concern. Currently, one of the most important goals of AS Nordecon International is expanding of markets of its services. Gradually, the Concern will become mainly a holding company, providing its normal development in all the countries of its presence.

 

Meanwhile, there also was made a decision not to change Eurocon brand in Ukraine, since it is already widely recognized and well accepted at the Ukrainian market.

Eurocon Ukraine LLC was given the rank of branch leader (building sector) in Ukraine

The national business-rating has given to Eurocon Ukraine LLC the rank of BRANCH LEADER according to it's core activity, defined by Clasifier of Economic Types of Activities 45.2 as "Construction of buildings and structures".

Pursuant to the information of State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, the total score of Eurocon Ukraine LLC  ranks the company to the third place in Ukraine as per the following criteria: "Volume of products/services sold", "Efficiency of work", "Net profit", "Employees' remuneration".

Division of development activities into separate business

Because of intensive market growth the shareholders of Eurocon Ukraine LLC arrived at a conclusion that development is to be separated into a new business. Therefore, in the year 2008 development has become the main activity of newly founded company - Instar Ukraine LLC.

Construction industry offers many similar examples of de-mergers of big companies. Such an event is quite a natural thing, which indicates the trend for specialization and increasing quality of services. As a matter of fact, the final client is placed into an advantageous position.

From now on Eurocon Ukraine LLC will even better concentrate on it’s core activity – construction. The entire spectrum of professional development services will be granted by Instar Ukraine LLC.

10 years in Ukraine!

On 23 of August, 2007 Eurocon Ukraine celebrated it's 10's Anniversary. This event was successfuly held in the restaurant "Lubava" on the Borispol highway.
