The history of the company begins in 1988 when the representatives of two countries Finland and Estonia established the joint enterprise AS Eesti Ehitus /Estonian construction/. During the following eight years the company gains the leadership among Estonian builders, constructing industrial projects, logistic complexes, commercial areas, cultural and social premises, hotels, residential areas, engineering and utility services rooms, roads.

Four years later, the company was managing more than 25 projects that resulted in a record profit of 40 million USD.

In 2006 "Eesti Ehitus" enters the IPO – 20% of shares were sold for 22 million USD, which indicates the successful financial results of the company.

Today "Eesti Ehitus" is one of the largest construction companies of Estonia, with 17 years of experience in Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Germany, Russia and Ukraine and powerful structure of daughter companies.
The company has world-wide accepted quality certificate of Bureau Veritas Quality, provides with bank guarantees, has qualified western system of management and other competitive advantages which give us the possibility to  offer a wide range of professional services.

The activity in Ukraine started in 1997 when Swedish company "Baltic Beverages Holding" invited the company to build the production facilities of “JSC Slavutich Brewery".

Construction works were completed professionally and in time demonstrating  competitiveness and reliability of "AS Eesti Ehitus".

The second object, production facilities and warehouse premises for “JSC Lvivska Pyvovarna", was realized for “BBH" in Lviv.

It was decided that "AS Eesti Ehitus" was ready to enter Ukrainian market during the realization of the third project – 'Zvenygorodsky syrokombinat" in Cherkaska oblast. Consequently, "Eurocon Ukraine LLC" was set up as a daughter company in 2003.
